Our Story
Quick Health Access was born out of a simple but urgent question: “How can I get care faster?”
It started with individuals reaching out, seeking guidance for faster access to diagnostic testing. Then it became personal — a misdiagnosis in a loved one revealed a painful truth: navigating the healthcare system can be confusing, fragmented, and overwhelming. Questions pile up: What do I do now? Who should I see next? How can I prevent problems from becoming bigger?
We realized the gaps weren’t just in one part of the system — they were everywhere. And that’s when we knew we needed to do more than connect people to a single service. We needed to build a comprehensive program that supports members through their entire healthcare journey.
Today, Quick Health Access is a team of passionate healthcare professionals dedicated to bridging the gaps in the system. We connect members to top medical experts, coordinate diagnostics and specialist care, provide access to medical second opinions, and guide preventative and ongoing care — all in one place.
Our mission is simple: to make healthcare more accessible, more understandable, and more supportive, so our members can focus on what matters most — their health, their families, and their lives.

Paulina Kubik

After graduating with Honours from a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in 2011, Paulina focused her career in chronic and acute healthcare, and pediatrics. She also maintains a special interest in patient empowerment and advocacy. By using a multimodal approach to explore treatment options, Paulina understands the importance of illness and disease prevention. As part of the Quick Health Access team, Paulina is pleased to use her knowledge and experience to help members navigate through our complex healthcare system.
Camille Gooderham

Camille always wanted to dedicate herself to helping others. As a graduate with honours from an Ontario nursing program, and experiencing firsthand the challenges of navigating healthcare, Camille is committed to offering stress-free support. Advocating for patients is very important to Camille because she feels everyone deserves to focus on their health without unnecessary obstacles. She also believes in prevention and early intervention, knowing these are crucial factors for maintaining lifelong health and wellbeing. Camille’s role is to assist members in navigating the often-complex healthcare landscape, advocate on their behalf, and ensure they receive the best possible treatment with personalized care plans.
Chantale Brown

Chantale has always been passionate about helping others and interested in the medical field, so becoming a nurse felt like a natural choice. After graduating with honours from an Ontario nursing program, she worked in various roles, including a family practice and bedside care on a surgical floor. Understanding the challenges of the healthcare system inspired her to use her nursing skills in a new way. As a Nurse Case Manager, Chantale educates, empowers, and advocates for her clients. Her warmth, integrity, and expertise help ensure they receive timely, client-focused care throughout their journey.
